What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website
Can I change my order?
You will not be able to change your order once it is in production.

Where do you Ship?
UK, Europe, USA, and India. We are looking into expanding this later this year. So please come back or signup to our newsletter for all the latest updates.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We aim to process and produce your order within 3 business days. Delivery to UK is up to 3 working days. Delivery outside of the UK is up to 14 days once dispatched, actual delivery time should be shown on the checkout page once you enter your shipping address.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We additionally offer support for Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX, Shop pay, Apple pay, Google pay and Paypal
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Which Currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support GBP, Euro and USD.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, GBP or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
I live in the United States, will I be charged shipping taxes?
There are no Tax’s or Duties due on orders under $800 dollars
